This historic island, located across the Yazoo Diversion Canal from downtown Vicksburg, is a unique opportuni-ty for hunters and/or investors! Not only does this island have some of most impressive bucks either side of the Mississippi, it also pays $80,000/year from Ergon as it is leased for docking rights.
