Paul Goodwin is a Broker Associate at 4 Corner Properties of Central Mississippi with over nineteen years of experience in real estate. Paul is a native of Starkville in Northeast Mississippi where he grew up hunting and fishing and learning to love the outdoors and developing an appreciation for all aspects of land and real estate. His broad background in real estate includes working with clients for the purchasing, leasing and sales of Forestry, Recreational, Farmland, and all kinds of investment properties. An extensive knowledge of rural state properties and land use practices throughout Mississippi, along with having closed sales in fifty-two Mississippi counties over his years as a Broker, gives Paul a unique insight into the needs of both sellers and buyers who are seeking guidance on a real estate transaction. Paul attended Mississippi State University. He is an active institute affiliate member of The Mississippi Commercial Board of Realtors®. He has served on various boards in the organization. Paul is a past President of the Mississippi Chapter of the Realtors® Land Institute. He won the prestigious “Land Realtor® of the Year” award from his peers in the state chapter in both 2003 and 2005.
